The CAT Secrets and Hidden Routes

Secrets in The CAT are extra geometry, not a lore dump. The Cat Shelter by Ikigai Cybercore Studios (place 76526090659517, universe 10094225577) released on 28 April 2026 as free-to-play online roleplay with up to 26 players per server. Cats try to leave. Caretakers try to stop that. After a leave you keep playing as a feral cat in the city. This page is the map-memory article for the holes, the pipes, the zone cats cannot enter, and the passage that connects a successful breakout to the feral side.

It is not a second ranking of every exit. Rankings stay on the escape-route tier list. Click-by-click methods stay on how to escape. Inputs stay on controls. Tick boxes stay on the escape checklist. If your only problem is stealing the card itself, skip to how to get a keycard.

There are no promo codes that unlock a tunnel as of 13 September 2026. There is no Discord invite and no Trello of tiles. If a thumbnail sells a secret map, it is almost always a clip of one of the routes below, filmed on a quiet server. Peak concurrent players hit 29,998 on 13 June 2026 because those routes are readable, not because a hidden menu exists.

Toilet break into the sewers

The toilet is the most famous secret that is not secret anymore. Find the fixture. Use cat attack. Break it. Drop. Follow the sewers out. You do not need a keycard. That is why new cats love it and why experienced vets live in the pipes.

Cat attack is the same offensive input you might waste on a caretaker’s ankles. Save it for the toilet. If attack does nothing, you are on the wrong object or the wrong hotbar tool. Check controls before you assume the studio deleted the drop.

Sewer camping is the counter. Caretakers with tasers, batons, or shotguns wait at the splash and the exit. A free taser is enough. If you land on three vets, you did not fail the break; you failed the listen. Peek, hear footsteps, and abort if the pipe is a waiting room.

This route is still correct when the lobby is obsessed with painted cards. Vets who all chase a glowing cat leave the bathroom. That is the window. Treat the toilet as public knowledge, not as a hidden exploit you discovered alone.

Diggable walls and secret tunnels

The shelter includes walls you can dig and tunnels with secrets along the way. These are slower than a toilet smash and quieter than a painted card if you found the tile before a caretaker did. Spend a scouting life walking edges, corners, and rooms that look unfinished. Digging in the open is a broadcast.

Tunnels fail when you start the dig as a crowd event. One cat scratching a wall is a curiosity. Four cats scratching the same wall is a caretaker waypoint. If a dig is already public, switch methods instead of stacking bodies on a known hole.

Because tunnel tiles can move in updates, confirm a spot in the current session. The last observable store and API movement this wiki logs is 9 September 2026. That tag did not come with a hole-by-hole changelog. Walk the edges yourself. Do not freeze a creator’s favorite tile as eternal. If the dirt is gone, you did not get scammed by a missing code. You found a relocated wall.

Shift sprint is player-reported. Use it to leave a finished hole, not to announce the hole. Climbable geometry can skip a sightline. Neither replaces a dig you have not found yet.

Caretaker-only safety zone

Caretakers have a safety zone. Cats cannot enter it. That is geography, not a keybind. You do not press a secret to unlock it. You walk there if you are staff, and you bounce if you are a morph.

Cats who treat the zone as a hide are wasting a life. The zone is a reset for vets: re-kit, look at the map, then leave. A security team that stacks in the zone while toilets pop is how a 26-player server becomes a highlight reel for cats. If you are a cat, use that stacking as a window, not as a door you can force.

If you are a caretaker reading this page to counter secrets, hold the zone as a pit stop. Do not live in it. The leaks are the toilet, the card carriers, the dig corners, and the cages. Full duty notes are on the caretaker guide.

Secret passage toward the feral base

There is a secret passage in gameplay that connects a leave to the feral side of the map. After you escape you are a stray in the city, and the feral base is the cat-side anchor outside. This wiki will not drop fake coordinates. Learn the passage by completing a real exit and walking the city the way feral city describes.

The passage is a phase change, not a skip that deletes caretakers. Vets can still hunt you outside. Player comments put wanted points in a 550–1100 band. That range is player-reported, not a studio table. Play as if louder crimes make you more interesting. Do not rebuild a tunnel around unofficial numbers.

Boss Mafia Cat’s Golden AK, if you own the 299 R$ pass, is at the feral base. That is pass text, not a secret we invented. Unpublished rows such as El Gato do not get a fake base perk here. Group rescue still matters after the passage: escaped cats can help cats still inside. That loop is a method, not a hidden room.

What we will not invent

Players ask how to get a hoverboard in The CAT. This wiki does not have a confirmed method. We will not invent a crate, a pass, a toilet, or a tunnel that grants one. If a later patch publishes a step, it belongs on this page. Until then, hoverboard questions stay unanswered.

Player comments also guess at lunch, food, cough interactions, hairball mail, and color-ball tricks as card tools. Those guesses belong on the keycard page as unverified. They are not map secrets.

Angel cat jump-out is a rare morph skip, not a hidden wall. If you rolled it, jump. If you did not, stop searching for angel tiles. Player comments about wings or a mutation stay on the morph page, marked unverified.

There are still no working promo codes as of 13 September 2026. A secret code for a tunnel is a thumbnail. The in-game store is real. The code list is not.

Scout like staff, then leave like a cat

A useful secrets session is a scouting shift. Walk the toilet. Walk two corners that look like dirt. Note the safety zone from the outside so you know where cats bounce. Then pick one method from how to escape and commit. Secrets that you never use are trivia. Secrets that you use on a 26-player server are the difference between a painted hallway and a quiet pipe.

When the holes are learned, the remaining problem is usually the card, the morph, or the city. Steal on the keycard page. Play the morph on the cat role page. Survive the street on feral city. Come back here only when a wall looks unfinished and you have a minute to confirm it with your own paws — not when a video promised a board, a code, or a room the live client does not show.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for The CAT on Roblox.

Do I need a keycard to use the toilet route in The CAT?

No. Cat attack on the toilet opens a sewer drop without a card. Vets camp the pipes, so listen before you commit. Full method notes are on how to escape.

On unfinished-looking edges, corners, and rooms. Confirm the tile in the current session. This page will not freeze a creator's favorite hole as eternal.

No. The safety zone is caretaker-only geography. Cats bounce. Use a stacked zone as a window to hit the toilet or a dig, not as a hide.

How do I get a hoverboard in The CAT?

There is no confirmed method. This wiki will not invent a crate, pass, or tunnel for it. If a later patch publishes a step, it will be listed here.
